Farm-to-Table Cooking + Community Education
I am incredibly interested in sustainable cooking and nutrition. I hope to become a more active partner with Jones Valley Urban Farm in Birmingham, AL to encourage the education of the greater Birmingham community in how vital proper nutrition is for overall health. By raising awareness, I believe the health of future generations in our communities can greatly increase.
